Improved the coating rate to nearly 90% with Falcioni's hanging line!
We would like to introduce Falcioni's "Coating for Frame Materials such as Window Frames." When manually spraying window frames, the coating rate is about 25%, resulting in a significant amount of wasted paint. By using Falcioni's hanging line, depending on the type of paint, the coating rate can be improved to nearly 90%. This system generates static electricity to apply paint concentratedly on the components, and by equipping a belt on the opposite side of the spray, it allows for the reuse of overspray, achieving a rate close to 90%. [Example of Line Configuration (Feeding Speed 1–5m/min)] 1. Flow Coating (Filling large amounts of liquid with numerous guns/preventing mold growth, etc.) 2.
